Tell me what's wrong with this, because my biased eyes don't see a thing. Bass by Case. Glenn, that is.

Comments:
The drum track gets a little lame as it goes on.

The vocals are pretty good in some places, but I wouldn't say they're print-ready.

Pretty cool song overall. [ok]

There is a consistant issue I have seen with many Jon Eric tracks. Great ideas musically, decent musicianship... What you really need to work on is your vocals. I'm not even saying this to be offensive, a lot of your songs would be more listenable if you took more vocal takes and if the end result was less pitchy.

i gave it good. i thought it was a good song..

lets see ,whats wrong with it you ask.. i dont know.. the drums could be a little better quantized. ac oupel snare hits were off ...thats about it..

personally i like the singing on this one. it's better than some other generic stuff i've heard, and far better than some other stuff i've heard here and at songfight. this is definitely borderline okay|good ... i think some more work on the guitar riff thing that repeats occasionally throughout and then a whole bunch of times at the end. the tone of the guitar sounds a little nauseous. i'm not really sure what would help it, maybe using a different pickup or blending pickups, or fiddling with the eq so it has more treble or something... but improve that guitar part and you get a good for sure. until then i'm going to stick with okay.

The electric lead guitar kind of kills the feel for me. And the mix lacks some low-end punch. Otherwise, not bad at all. Creative lyrics.

the pace and feel are very jerky.. it's hard to do mid-tempo six-feel stuff and really nail it without a lot of practice. the vocals are aight, but could also use some more takes to smooth them out.

A few production quibbles - the acoustic guitar sounds dull, the drums have way too much reverb, and I think the whole mix would sound a lot better dryer. Everything just sounds washed out this way.

The vocals seem to drag at the start of the verse. Too slow, and not enough vibrato or feeling in your voice. The chorus part is better. Great dropout at 2:51. The ending is nice.

The lyrics. They're too poetic, to the point where I begin to doubt your sincerity, and I start to think that I could easily hear this at a Rennaisance Festival. And there's parts that just stick out, like when you say "flapping", it almost sounds like "fapping".
