A bit of a self-indulgence from the JBB. Harmony and cheesy synths and bitter lyrics (pasted in more notes). Mmmm yum. I may have channeled Bacharach in a minor kinda way. That should be, of course, a signal to some of you not to click Play. :)

Sweet but bitter. Bitter but sweet. It's like a lime Kit-Kat. The vocal harmonies are, as always, lovely.

I don't know anything about Bachrach and I'm not in on the gangbang, but this is a nice tune, the "I was about" is so repetitive, but I get the idea that was the idea. This is fun, I like the addition of the synth stuff. I thought it could've had a different chorus, that leaves the "I was about" words out. I like where it goes right after "I was about to break your heart...but you went first". That's my favorite line here. [good]

Well, I am in on the gangbang, so here it goes. When you told me yours was troubadory, I was a little worried that was going to mean unpolished. But man, this has a sheen on it. I know to the outsider it looks like we're all just being uncritical and blindly supportive here, but honestly, I'm kind of blown away by how good these songs are.

Well done. Clever lyrics, a bit too much "I was about" maybe.
Don't like this song though, so just ok.
